Description:  The future of real time voice communications transmission is rapidly evolving away from the traditional TDM circuit-switched infrastructure towards converged packet-based delivery models. In this course students develop a complete understanding of the technologies, standards and advanced applications that are driving the deployment of Voice Over IP equipment and services. Prerequisites: 
A knowledge of IP Internetworking is highly recommended.
Audience:   Anyone involved in analyzing, designing, planning, marketing, installing and supporting VoIP environments will find this course valuable. Delivery Methods: Live classroom with hands-on labs.

This course can be modified and used as part of a customized IP curriculum to suit your business requirements.
