Training Terms & Conditions

ENROLLMENT

No student shall be considered enrolled in a course until final payment is received at The-Web.Com.

Enrollment Cancellation Policy: A student may cancel a course registration without penalty by providing The-Web.Com with written notice by fax to
443-321-2723 or email at train@the-web.com at least 15 business days prior to the start date of the course. If you cancel your reservation in writing to the above fax or email less than 15 business days prior to the start date of the course, you may apply your paid course tuition to the same course or another course of equal or lesser value for up to 6 months from the original course start date. Failure to attend the course without written notification to the above fax or email prior to the start of the course will be considered a "No Show" and will result in forfeiture of the full course price.

Substitution and Transfer Policy: Students may transfer to a later date within six months from the original course date provided the course fee has been paid in full. Substitutions may be made at any time.

GUARANTEE

Training is guaranteed, passing certification exams is not. The-Web.Com will refund 100% of Tuition upon return of all course materials, if, by the end of the first day of class you notify your instructor that the course, curriculum, or instructor does not meet your expectations.

Unless otherwise included in the cost of a course for All-Inclusive packages, all travel, hotel, transportation and other student related expenses are not the responsibility of The-Web.Com. Student is responsible for all airfare coordination, transportation and expenses.

COURSE CANCELLATIONS

The-Web.Com reserves the right to cancel a course at anytime. If The-Web.Com is forced to cancel a course for any reason, liability is limited to registration fee only. If a course is cancelled, students will be given a voucher for either a full refund or a guaranteed seat in a future course for up to six months after student’s scheduled course. The-Web.Com does not assume any charges for non-refundable airline ticket penalties, or other travel related expenses.

CONDUCT

All students are expected to conduct themselves in a professional manner at all times. The description of misconduct includes, but is not limited to; use of drugs or alcoholic beverages, use of vulgar language, use of training network/hardware to download or view pornographic web materials while in class, destruction of property or mistreatment of training staff or co-attendees. All of the above could result in expulsion from the training course without refund.
