Cisco considers the CCIE it's “Master Level Certification”. Currently, only 13,000 individuals worldwide have earned the title of CCIE. The CCIE designation is the highest Cisco certification you can achieve. It requires passing both a written exam, as well as a one-day lab.

Course Overview

Only available for seasoned Cisco® network engineers with a Certified CCNP background, the CCIE 5-day Boot Camp sets the professional benchmark for internetworking expertise.

This 5-day/12 hours per day course is designed to prepare CCIE™ candidates for the Routing & Switching practical lab exam. Each candidate will work through dozens of challenging in-depth e-Scenarios and Lab Scenarios on their own pod of equipment. Each virtual lab e-Scenario has been developed around a standard topology providing you with an in-depth look into various technical topics.

Plus, we are the only CCIE provider with a full scale 1-day MOCK LAB to help you pass your CCIE exam, after the course! This Mock LAB simulates the CCIE hands-on labs and then it is graded by a CCIE certified instructor.

The course is entirely self-paced, allowing you to focus on areas of weakness, strengthen more familiar topics, and improve your speed. With the one-day format it is critical that you master the basic elements such as OSPF, BGP, Route-Redistribution, and DLSw prior to your lab attempt. Each POD consists of six Cisco® 2600 / 3600 routers (with various ATM, ISDN, Frame Relay, Ethernet, Fast Ethernet, and Token Ring interfaces), Catalyst™ 3550 and 5000 Switches.

Each student will receive in-depth lab scenarios, their own vRack of Cisco® Hardware, dedicated instructor time as well as group lectures on various topics. Each student will also receive a 1-year GOLD-level membership (399.99 value) to IPexpert’s e-Scenario Community with over 120 e-Scenarios for CCNA™, CCNP™ and CCIE™ preparation (85 of the labs are CCIE-level). The instructor (CCIE™) will provide in-depth lectures on OSPF, BGP, and DLSw. Other topics will be addressed as needed. Unlike other Cisco® classes this is not group structured. While the instructor is available to provide assistance, you will work independently. The instructor will identify some of the most common mistakes that candidates make and at the end of the week, will provide each individual an assessment of their readiness.

Prerequisites - Before attending, all students should have reached the CCNP certification status, or have at least two years of solid Cisco hands-on experience.

Boot Camp developed by Mr. Todd Lammle and IPExpert.net.
